Got premium WiFi during my recent trip to Japan. Works perfectly in Tochigi, Gunma, Nagano and Tokyo prefectures.

We had ordered the pocket WIFI in U.S.A and requested to have it shipped to our hotel in Tokyo, Japan the day we arrived. On the day we arrived, the pocket WIFI was there at the hotel reception desk. The WIFI saved us lots of time and money because we can get signal everywhere and even on the subway and trains. The pocket wifi is best for family because everyone would have signals. Then on the day we flied home, we just put it into the preaddress postage envelop and drop it in the airport mail box. What a convenient way to have our own WIFI. Thanks for the product and the service! Money was well spent!

I ordered my wifi from Japan Wireless and on check in at my hotel in Tokyo. I also recieved my wifi. I used it all over Japan without any problems going north on Japan Sea side to Sakata and went over to Sendai.
it came with a charger, an extra battery, return envelope and a pouch. At the end of my trip, I enclosed everything in the pouch and return envelope and put in the mailbox at Haneda Airport before going through Customs. I’ve always used Japan Wireless because of their excellent product, service and simple instructions.

Very convenient and perfect quick service and delivery directly to our first hotel. Included a battery bank which came useful when travelling around without possibility to recharge phone or modem. Mostly very good connection and data speeds.
