The Japan Wirelass is an invaluable convenience that is far less expensive than paying roaming charges for 3 people. We used it every day. It worked flawlessly including rural areas. The locations we travelled were Narita, Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Miyajima, Osaka, Hayakawa, and back to Narita

The Japan Wireless was waiting for us at our first hotel when we arrived and we put it in the self addressed return envelope at the post office at international departures Narita Airport

We also included the translation add on option which came in handy in the rural areas of Japan

In summary I wouldn't travel without it. Wish all countries had something similar, and I wouldn't think twice about getting it again when I revisit Japan

The WiFi was great during the time we were in Okinawa. Didn’t have any problems with connectivity. The process to return the WiFi was so easy and I would definitely use them again. Prices were reasonable. Again, great service and great experience.
