I had no issues with the delivery, operation, or return of my mobile Wi-Fi device. My device was delivered on time and the instructions for using and returning the device were clear.

Picking up from airport and return was easy. Wifi worked well and held the charge well. The back-up battery gave extra security. The product worked for my total stay. I will use this company again in the future.

1) WIFI performance was excellent. Easy to set up and easy to use. Speed was impressive. There was never slow down nor disconnection throughout 12 days of rental.
2) The device is compact, lightweight and easy to carry around.
3) Delivery to the hotel was on time. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. Return package was well prepared. However, the post box for return of the device at the airport was not easy to find; and the post box was almost full.

I found the process pretty easy and my family found the product absolutely essential for our 2 week trip around Honshu. It was fast and reliable and allowed us to plan, navigate and even book things as we went. Much easier than multiple SIM cards for us. Recommended.
