Everything worked fine! My device had a Problem after 10 days, but I got a new one on the Same Day seligerer to ihr Hotel. Thank you guys for the quick solution! I can recommend.

Stable connection with Long batter life

Rented 2 units of pocket wifi recently, and one suddenly lost internet connection. I called customer service and was guided by someone on what to do (had to reset the device, she talked me through it). Don’t throw away the paper containing your order details since the customer service number is listed there, the one for English-speaking customers. Easy to return too, just had to find a post box in the airport and drop it off before our flight home. Will definitely rent again when we return to Japan in the future.

So please with your undisrupted service while I was in Japan in all of the cities I visited. I especially appreciated being able to return it at a different airport than the one I picked up!

Received quickly, sent with battery backup, cable, and pouch. Never failed me. Sent back via airport mailbox near security. Easy peesy!
