Battery life was amazing, great internet speed. Price was expensive but it did the job!

The pocket wifi was reliable in the area I stayed and visited. The device can be used for 8 hours continously, and with a powerbank on standby which I never got to use.

There are minor areas where the signal was weak but almost all Wakayama and Osaka areas I have been had good reception.

The unlimitted connection proved helpful since I exceeded 50gb of data in 14 days based on the device info.

The claim and return process at Kansai Airport was easy since the instructions and emails were very helpful.
After sales emails were also nice and reaasuring.

I will definitely avail this again next time.

So easy to order, excellent instructions, easy pickup from Narita airport, connected all day throughout our trip, easy return back at the airport! We had 3 to 4 people connected to the wifi pretty much all day for about 2 weeks when we travelled in Japan (Toyko, Kyoto, Osaka). We only had to charge the pocket wifi while we were out a few times so no issues ever. Connection speed was always good. The pocket wifi came with a backup battery and chord in a carrying pouch. We had our own battery so we never used theirs. Many places have free wifi but the pocket wifi was definitely more convenient, especially for people that don’t know Japanese so you can use online maps and translators. This was my first trip to Japan and we had no issues with using Japan Wireless. I would definitely rent from them next time! Price was so well worth it!! Excellent!!

This product was hassle free to order, obtain and return at the end of our trip. An outstanding product that saved us the need to purchase a SIM, enabling WiFi contact while in 'flight' mode throughout our time traveling in Japan. Fully recommended. Additionally, our flight details changed at the last minute and we were unable to collect our unit at the airport. It was forwarded to our hotel at a minimal cost. Great service.
