This is a MUST HAVE if you do not want to pay extra for your own phone carrier. We spent 3 days in Tokyo before catching our cruise. I only wish that I had extended my subscription until our return flight back at Haneda airport. It's much cheaper than the internet package on the cruise AND we could have had internet access while in the destination ports. Instead, I was logging into free sites which we all know is unsecure and not recommended.

Although we did not keep the device to the end of our vacation; I found the option to mail back the WiFi Rental device very simple since there was a red mailbox unit down the street from our hotel to return it. SUPER EASY!!! Not to mention, Japan has the red mailbox units everywhere - so chances are, their will be one near where you are staying. :)

Perfect service. Easy to find at the airport and easy to deliver. Worked perfectly during the whole holiday.
