Pick up at Narita very fast and easy just outside the exit. Set-up very easy. For one user battery was used 50 % only. Excellent connectivity all over Tokyo. Exceeded expectations. Good value/price. Thanks!

Excellent wifi connection. Pick-up at the hotel was fine. We used it with 7 devices and everything was fine!

The order, delivery and pick up at Haneda, Tokyo airport was punctual and clear in navigating to the terminal and area. I had zero issues during my 3 week stay and wifi was exactly what we needed to navigate through towns for over 14 hours a day. No issues with service and the power bank was perfect for recharging in the afternoons. And also recharging other personal devices. The drop off was easy and I went through Kansai Airport departing and as following directions from emails, put it in a mailbox and it all was returned and every process was great. I will say, at the airport, the mailboxes on the International flights floor was full (probably from the many wifi returns of tourists). but they are mailboxes on other floors that are accessible. After taking a walk, I found it and it all worked out.
I visited from the US and when I visit in the future I will use this service again. They will be my first pick! I give them 5 stars and everything was smooth and non stressful as traveling and everything that comes with it can become stressful enough.

Works everywhere

The pocket wifi was a life saver. We had three of those because we had three families total of 17. When you’re in Osaka’s USJ, Tokyo DisneySea, and Tokyo Disneyland, the picket wifi made it easier and convenient to communicate in a foreign country. We bought them last year as well. We’ll continue to rent them out when we visit Japan.
