We got the pocket wifi and I'm so glad we did. It was so easy to connect to and it was small making it easy to carry around. The battery was rechargeable but it lasted all day without needing a charge. Loved that it was shipped to the hotel and the convenience of dropping it off in the post box was good.

The wireless pocket wifi was a life saver on our trip to Japan! We had perfect internet access the entire time, and were able to use it for directions, messages, and apps without losing connection. It was also very easy to pick up & drop off. Would highly recommend for anyone looking into wifi!

Japan wireless has always been my go-to pocket wifi provider whenever my family and I are in Japan. Wifi signal as well as customer support are fast and reliable. Unfortunately there was this one time when we lost wifi signal when we were at DisneySea, when I contacted Japan Wireless the response was really quick and we had a replacement unit waiting for us at the hotel that same night. Never lost signal since then.

This was great. Had it delivered to the motel so it was there on arrival rather than worry about trying to pick up from the airport and it was charged ready to go. Was light and compact so didn’t even know it was in my bag , with spare battery. Was very easy to connect. The only issue I had was the instructions were so small I couldn’t read it but just took a photo of it and expanded it. Was perfect for the 2 of us constantly on phones with maps then watching Netflix etc at night
