We didn't even think about wifi for the entire three weeks. That's all there is to say. Just stick in my bag in the morning and we were all set. Hassle free.

The Premium pocket wifi had great coverage everywhere we went.
I am extremely happy with the service and ease of collection at Narita airport upon arrival to Japan and then drop off once finished with into any post box.
I highly recommend Japan Wireless and will be using their services next time I visit.

My pocket WiFi was given to me when I arrived at my hotel. So convenient! I never had a problem receiving Wifi for the entire trip, underground in a subway or in a small village, always a connection. Highly recommend Japan Wireless :)

Excellent! Had no issues. Will definitely use again if I ever go back to Japan.

It was very simple to find, set-up, and use everyday. I rarely had to charge it during the day I ran the wifi around 13hrs everyday and it lasted the whole day without needing to recharge.
