Easy to use and very helpful !

the pick up at the airport only took 2 minutes. started it up and got everyone connected within a few minutes while on the train.
worked without any issues during our two week stay.
at the end, just put it in the pre-adressed enveloppe and dropped it in a mail box. got email confirmation the next day that it was received.

The pocket wifi worked perfectly throughout the entire trip from Tokyo to Nagasaki. The extra battery was not needed to run it from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM each day. It was used to support the map function going from walking to train to walking again. It was definitely a great item. Also, whenever it stops connecting, simply switching to a different network fixed the problem.

Had a great experience with this product. The Wi-Fi was strong and steady for my entire month-long trip. I was also impressed with the battery life, the battery charged quickly and really did last all day. It was very easy to pick this product up at the airport and even easier to put it in the mailbox and send it back. I will reserve this every time I’m in Japan.

Great internet access and consistent speeds in Tokyo, Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, Kobe, and everywhere else I went during a year in Japan. Did not need a separate connection for my apartment. Highly recommended.
