It was a very smooth operation. I picked it up at the airport when I flew in, and connected with no issues. The battery lasted all day with no need to charge, but a backup battery was provided just in case. It had dead spots while under gound while on transit, but that is no surprise, and brief.
It came with a postage paid envelope, and when I was ready to leave, I just dropped it in a mailbox, and was on my way. I would use this service again. Thank you.

I have come to Japan 5 times and have always used their services, as they meet my needs and the service is efficient.

I was hesitant at first since I usually borrow my rental wifi from a counter, but I wanted things for my trip to be more efficient, so I tried this service.

It was surprisingly easy to have it sent to the hotel and return it via post box. I highly recommend this if you're going to other parts of Japan and need pocket wi-fi.

The E-Sim that I purchased prior on entering Japan did not work so I had to quickly reserve and pick up one of the pocket WiFi up the day after landing at Haneda. I picked it up at the Minato location because my accommodation was near the area which made it very convenient for me. I used the WiFi for a week and it was great! The battery lasted about a day and it also came with the portable charger. However, the bag did get temperature hot while it was charging inside my personal bag that I had carried with me. Just don’t forget to charge them both while you are sleeping overnight. It was quick internet which was important when traveling the city. Easy drop off directions at Haneda location, the drop off box is locater near elevators. I have used this WiFi more than once while visiting Japan and would recommend it again for the price and internet speed. Thank you again Japan Wireless!!

I used it for a week in Tokyo and it was perfect. I had a good connection and the battery lasted a long time. Charging isn't too long considering the usage time. I recommend it.

customer service 10/10. I originally made a mistake ordering this item regarding when I needed it. Customer support was awesome and very quick to find solution. WIFI is great and service can be a bit slow sometimes but I assume that to be a traffic/usage issue and not Japan Wireless fault. My only complaint is it can be slow when more than 3-4 devices are connected but I presume that to be because it is designed more for 2-3 devices to be connected at a time. Also I would like a 2-3 days email notification when the bill will hit my account as well. besides that everything else is amazing
