Excellent way to have unlimited wifi at an affordable price on a holiday throughout Japan. The pocket wifi was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived in Tokyo, it came with a large document envelope which we dropped in in the post prior to our departure.

Ordered 4 WiFi’s. They were at the hotel when we arrived. Worked as described. Return was easy. Will use again on out next visit to Japan.

Used the Pocket W-Fi all over Japan for a period of 20 days, never missed a beat. Worked flawlessly, always had signal, no drop outs, my only concern was the speed, only one regional town I managed 33 Mbs, most times it was 10 or less. The Unit I had was on GSM4 maybe Japan Wireless need to upgrade to GSM5 devices. I do recommend the service and would rent again if I visit Japan. Thanks Japan Wireless.
