Used another provider in the past, but they stopped offering sending the device(s) to hotels, so started looking around and found this. Japan Wireless still does send the device to hotels for pick-up, but surprisingly the price is a bit lower and the connectivity even a little better. Will definitely order my pocket WiFi again with Japan Wireless (as long as they keep hotels as a possible pick-up location)!

I've now rented a portable WIFI dongle twice from Japan Wireless without any hitches. Great service, great network connection and fairly priced.

Strong, consistent speeds and good battery life

This is my fourth time using Japan Wireless. The wifi is easy to set up and works brilliantly. Great coverage. Very long battery life too - we didn’t once need to recharge while out and about. Very happy. 😊

This service made our time in Japan easy and enjoyable as information was readily accessible with our small WiFi device. Dropped off to our hotel and easy to mail back at the end of our trip. Highly recommend to anyone traveling.

We used Japan Wireless wifi box for 10 days while in Tokyo and Nozawa Onsen. The product and serviced worked really well. Pickup and dropoff of the device was smooth. Japan Wireless offers great value for international travellers.

I was in Japan for 9 days. The pocket wifi was send to the hotel that I was staying at. I pick up the package after check in. I never had issues during my trip. It came with return envelope. I dropped it in mailbox on my way to the airport. I highly recommend this service.
