The whole process of ordering pocket WiFi was super simple. I was able to collect it at Haneda airport which was very convenient. Instructions on how to operate the WiFi were very clear. The fact that I could return the items received through any post box was most convenient. Overall I was extremely happy with the product and would highly recommend Japan Wireless.

Excelente servicio, durante dos semanas siempre estuvimos comunicados gracias a la gran cobertura del servicio. La carga del dispositivo era suficiente para cada día del viaje, aun así, incluye una batería externa para poder cargar el dispositivo en caso de ser necesario por lo que nunca te quedaras sin conexión.
