Everything went as expected. Upon arrival at the hotel, the pocket Wi-Fi was neatly placed at the reception desk and worked perfectly, just like in previous years. I will definitely order from you again next October along with the JRPASS.

Worked a treat and no hassles at all

We ordered 2 wifi’s to be delivered to our hotel in Osaka. When the hotel couldn’t find them, Japan-Wireless stepped in and helped them locate the package. So easy to connect that even I could do it. Great product and wonderful service. Couldn’t ask for more.

I had no problems at all while using the pocket wifi. I always seemed to have a connection while travelling around Yokohama, Tokyo and Hakone. And the battery lasted just fine. I also used it to connect to the smart TV (and personal devices) where I was staying as the free WiFi was limited. I will definitely be using this again in the future.

I used Japan Wireless router while traveling all over Honshu. Reception was perfect and speeds were awesome. Never once did I experience throttling or blackouts. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about speed and connectivity

Great price, super easy to use. No drop outs in coverage. Charge lasted all day no need to use portable charger. I used it for two mobile phones. It was delivered to my hotel before I arrived to Japan and was super easy to post back at departing airport. Will use again.

Japan Wireless was a great options! We signed up and they had our units and cords and batteries waiting for us at the hotel! We went with personal WiFi’s instead of eSim because we didn’t want to be caught without signal when we needed it the most. We pretty much had coverage everywhere we went! Such piece of mind! Then when we were done, walked across the street from our hotel and dropped the units and batteries in self addressed envelopes provided into a mail box and done! Easy peasey!! Highly recommend!
