Good signal! Battery last for one day!

This router was very good and the wifi reception didnt lag.
I would recommend this router to others.

It would stop working once in a while but fairly easy to restart. The extra battery pack is always nice to have.

Japan Wireless always good, always prompt and service is seamless. We always use them. Enjoy the JW tourism articles and blog as well.

The mobile WiFi was spot on. Spending a little extra for the premium was money well spent as well. It was invaluable in getting around in japan as a tourists. However there are very few random times where the WiFi does not send any signal. At that point a reboot is required. Overall a good experience.

I've been dealing with Japan-Wireless for a couple of years now. I am extremely happy with the mobiile units. Easy to use, long-lasting battery and great wi-fi even in some of the remote areas that we go to. The convenience of ordering online and having it sent to your first destination as well as the provided envelope for drop off into a postal box at the end of your trip is awesome. You can't beat the rental prices! Friends have told me to rent from here or there but Japan Wireless has them beat. Thank you for your awesome products and service!

The wifi hotspot is fantastic for a family and multiple devices. It is reliable and great service in having the hotspot waiting at our first hotel.

Super happy I got pocket wifi. It was easy to pick up and drop off and worked perfectly!

This little device will take much of the adventure out travel. If you prefer to rub sticks together to make fire this is not for you. Seriously though excellent customer service. Excellent coverage. Speed. Faster than the hotel wifi by light years. It really makes life easier to always be connected. It is a travel essential.
