The wireless Wifi was waiting for me as I arrived on the hotel. The Wifi functioned perfectly during my 10 day stay everywhere I traveled. Returning the Wifi at Narita airport was very easy. I can recommend The Japan Wireless Wifi Service.

We used during pur trip in Japan and were connected the whole time. No need to search for free WiFi. Navigation with Google Maps worked fine with the help of the router. It’s saves a lot of time and hassle.

Great, reliable service

Overall I was very happy with the pocket wifi during our trip to Tokyo and Osaka. However, wi-fi speed seem slower when the battery level was below 30%. Also, the Hilton Tokyo Bay did not have my pocket wifi when I arrived to our hotel. Your email said it was delivered the day before we arrive but the front desk upon checking said they did not have it. I was able to get it the next day however. Not sure what happened.

Everything was well explained with the accompanying papers and the device easy to use. Thank you so much!

It is very useful, it provided us unlimited internet for the whole span of our travel.
