Excellent coverage, fast speed and reliability. Also comes with additional battery pack in case battery powers down.

Everything that was promised. Additional power pack a plus although 12 or so hours out of normal battery was usually sufficient. Bit of problem with delivery to hotel but not sure if late or hotel just misplaced it.

Never had any issues with the device nor service...it was easy to pick up and drop off. Extremely convienent!

Wifi worked all the time perfectly everywhere

Pretty straightforward. A bit of confusion on my part as to where to pick up the device at Narita (4rth floor post office). But everything else was as advertised. We have T-Mobile (US) and I get broadband in Japan but it is just barely usable. This is a much better way to go. Supported 4+ devices no problem.

I have used the Japan Wireless service for all my Japan trips, and have always had a good experience. The product is easy to use, and easy to return. I have the product delivered to my hotel on arrival, and it is ready for me when I get there.

Good performance of the devices, be sure to load the power pocket every night!
