It was good. Battery was a little weird but perfect otherwise.

Generally the service and device worked well. However, I never got above 25Mbps in use only throughout Tokyo.

Great WiFi, we traveled from Sapporo down to Kobe without any problems. Highly recommended.

Sometimes the network doesn’t work well and the power doesn’t charge the pocket well. Customer care was perfect!

We had full speed internet everywhere during our journey. From Tokyo to Lost campaign near Fujisan ! Perfect with Google Map, WhatsApp and Instagram all day long !

I was very happy with the service. Even in remote areas I could stream at high speed and it made my holiday so much easier and enjoyable.

Very reliable and quick

A must- have for international travelers. Super easy to use and setup - my 11 year old had it running immediately on the bus into town.

Only thing was I didn't realize that the pick up was at the post office, but I think that was user error on my part in not reading the instructions carefully enough.

Cant say enough....this is a great way to go.
Equipment was waiting at my hotel on arrival, Self addressed envelope included, just dropped in the mail when we were done....Badda bing badda boom....It all worked seamlessly across Japan.
