Easy to order and use, great price and service. We traveled throughout Tokyo and never had an issue with service. Download speeds are fast and it was so easy to use and return when we were done we would definitely use this service again.

Couldn’t have managed without it, it was excellent!

This was really helpful to have while travelling around Japan - it was easy to use and came with instructions.
The only negatives were I had to have it delivered to my hotel because no place was open for me to pick it up when I arrived in Tokyo, and the portable battery was a bit heavy and large. It was manageable to carry everything I needed, but it would have been happier if the battery wasn't so bulky.
I would rent this from Japan Wireless again, and I am looking forward to seeing improvements in the equipment.

This was a great way to stay connected throughout my trip. Simple pickup at Narita Airport, and had great coverage from Tokyo all the way through Osaka and surrounding areas. Easy to pack up and return too, I will definitely use this again on my next trip!

This little device was a life saver and so convenient everywhere we went in Japan, from looking up directions to being able to quickly look things up - definitely helpful to have WiFi on the go first time in Japan. They provide a portable battery charger as well with the kit so you can charge the device on the go when needed. Will be looking to see if other countries offer a portable WiFi as well!

Excellent wifi service!! The battery life was about 6 hours.
