We used this WIFI device every day on our Japan vacation. It is easy to use, reliable and fast. The battery lasts about 10 hours and it was easy/quick to recharge. Delivery to our hotel on arrival and drop off in a postbox at the end was hassle free.

We rented this device for 3 weeks and it was a blessing! Battery life was amazing: not once we had to charge it twice in a day. And we used it ALL day. No network interruptions, except when inside of tunnes while travelling, but that is to be expected with any device. Fast, reliable Internet speed and pick up and delivery at the Narita Airport was easy and straight forward. I highly recommend it. It made our trip so much easier!!
