Excellent service for the premium pack...which was unlimited data

Cogimos el aparato para 14 días y es una maravilla, la batería aguantaba 10 horas y venía otra batería externa que cargaba por completo el pocket wifi, con lo que podías estar fuera del hotel todo el día y toda la tarde y seguías con conexión a Internet, además las instrucciones de uso y devolución son bastante claras y sencillas.

I can’t recommend Japan wireless enough! The product was fantastic and super easy to use. We had unlimited access to our WiFi which is essential in Japan.
The ordering, pick up and drop off process was all seamless. Literally went to the pick up area with my passport and was given the product and then on my way home, just dropped it back off.
Anyone travelling to Japan, you’ll need a pocket WiFi and Japan wireless is the company to choose.

It was really working out well for us as a foreigner traveling the first time in japan. Finding routes, translating in conversations, assistance in background, where to eat made it so easy. The box worked almost eveywhere and is very stable. Also with the kids who consume quite some date like netflix etc. Thanks !

We hired this to support us during our 3 week visit to Japan for the Rugby World Cup - it met our needs perfectly. Collection and return was extremely simple and efficient - picked up at post office at Narita airport on arrival and returned by posting in pre-paid / addressed packaging supplied immediately before going through security departures at Narita. It was very easy to use and separate re-charging battery back not only helped with use time of the WiFi but also acted as back up support to battery levels on our mobile phones. Went to Japan for 2 weeks and ordered Japan wireless. Was very pleased with the internet speeds, no issues whatsoever. We had to change things around due to a cancelled flight and they were very accommodating. We received our refund within 2 weeks, not the fastest but it all worked out in the end and the premium speed was worth it

Worth every penny, never fails even in the middle of the mountain and the Forrest, last all day with the extra battery, best experience.

The pocket wifi I order was able to support three cellphones without interruption. I also appreciated the convenience of shipping to our hotel with short notice.
