Great product, Just One problem: the interface was in japanese

The service and performance of the portable wifi is really outstanding and well worth it. No signal interruptions or whatsoever. We connected 5 devices at the same time and it is really amazing. It's just like using a wifi at home but mobile. Would order again if going to Japan in the future.

We hired a portable WiFi device for a short trip to Tokyo. The coverage was excellent everywhere we went in the City. The battery life was fine for the trip and the supply of a spare battery very reassuring (although we didn’t need it). Collection and drop off in Tokyo airport very convenient. Overall, I couldn’t fault it.

The unit was waiting for me at the hotel. Opened bad and worked immediately. Through the week I also shared with my friends with no problem. It worked everywhere we went, from Tokyo to Hiroshima to Mt Fuji.
If I ever visited Japan again this would Definitely be my preferred option.
I still put a basic package on my phone to cover calls out there but used WhatsApp to call out.
On returning it There was only 1 letterbox in the airport which was a long hike from check inn. I should have left with reception at the hotel as I left in the morning. There was feee WiFi at the airport.
Thoroughly recommend.
