The premium WiFi that we rented was ever bit as good as advertised. Always a strong signal, easy to carry, & easy to charge. Wouldn’t travel to Japan without it.

My second time to rent this pocket WiFi. Ordering was easy and an airport pick up was smooth like the first time. It worked very well throughout Japan. I like their sleek portable charger also. I will always go with Japan-wireless given the experience!

Renting from Japan Wireless is super easy. The device is waiting for you at your hotel on check-in and you drop it off at the post station at Narita when you leave. My service was fast and with the extra battery I could use it all day.

The coverage was good as well as the speed. The battery would last for almost 1 whole day. The accompanying battery and charger were also useful. If you charge everything every night, you are ready to go to for another day of exploring Japan ;)

Japan Wireless’ pocket wifi was a lifesaver during my trip to Japan, whether it be in Tokyo or outside the city. Connection was fast and reliable. The device had a pretty good life (the display was useful to figure out when it needed topping up) and wasn’t really bulky or heavy. Will definitely rent from them again!
