I found the process for the Japan Wireless hotspot ordering very easy to understand and informative. I was able to book a hot spot to go to my hotel when I arrive. I didn’t see an option to add insurance on the mobile page, but I have until three days before my arrive to correct my order so I will contact customer service about adding it on. I have read several travel reviews that have high ratings for the coverage across Japan for the Japan Wireless mobile hotspot. I look forward to using this during my extended travels in Japan.

Easy to use I like it when you only have to wait the wifi to arrive to you and you can post back the wifi from anywhere no need to to a specific place/counter i use it because i have to go back to my country but i already cancelled my japan phone number so it difficult for me because i need internet to search for route and train schedule and to contact my friends that im gonna meet and etc
