We recently used a portable wifi during our recent visit. Reliability and speed of internet were first class. Definitely using again on our next visit.

Very Fast and Good. No problems with pickup and return.

Fast delivery but not on the time I requested, delayed by a few hours but nonetheless it arrived the same day as ordered with the return parcel envelope. Wi-fi is fast and stable and I really like the power bank packed with the wi-fi pocket, this really came in handy when you ran out of juice! Over-all a very pleasing experience indeed, will hire again when I'm back in Japan :-)

The service was excellent! I received the pocket wifi on time and I was able to use it while traveling around Japan,Nagano, Osaka, Kyoto, Nara.... with my family which we all have our own phones sharing the wifi connections without any problems. Returning the pocket wifi is also super easy, just put everything in the returning envelope and drop it off in the mail box. I will rent this again next time!
