Premium wi-fi rules perfectly in every place I visit in Japan. It come with all accessories I need. Very good also development directly at the hotel and return by post.

WiFi worked flawlessly throughout our stay in Japan, we even skipped using Hotel WiFi because the portable WiFi was Just better. Pickup, Setup and giving it back was easy as can be.

I haven't had single issue with Japanese pocket WIFI. It was really helpful to stay connected on internet while travelling in Japan. Highly recommend.

Nice and Fast Wifi around Japan

Japan Wireless = brilliant. Easy collection at Haneda airport. Not issues with unit, we could even pick uWiFI all through the mountainsGreat response time to queries pre booking and easy to drop off at airport with prepaid satchel!

I was able to pick up the pocket Wi-Fi at Haneda with ease. The price is always much cheaper than the other competitors. Then returning the pocket Wi-Fi is very easy. Just put it in the provided envelope and drop it in the red post box before going into the security checkpoint.

Used it in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Fukuoka. Worked great. Easy return mail.

We used Japan Wireless during our recent trip to Tokyo. Extremely easy online transaction to order and router was in our hotel room upon check-in. We had excellent wi-if connection throughout our travels. Provided mailing envelope made it easy to return router at the end of our trip.
