Excellent pocket WIFI

Great experience. No issues with the hardware - connectivity was good throughout. Battery typically lasted entire day. Fees were reasonable. Pickup at Osaka airport counter was a little bit confusing but I'm really nitpicking. Totally recommend.

Great wifi all throughout our travels! It was easy to use and convenient to carry. You will definitely use the charger as it uses a lot of battery, so I’m glad they included that as well.

Delivered on time (at the hotel). Easy to operate. Lightweight (like a mobile phone). No need to use the additional battery (included in the pack), enough battery to entire day (at least in my case). Worked anywere. Return through mailbox, at the airport. Simple. 100% Satisfied.

I used this for a 2 week trip in Japan and had solid connection whether in Tokyo, Kanazawa, Kyoto, Osaka, or Hakone. We had three people using it and it was great. The only downside is that if Wifi is used a lot, the battery life isn't that long. The shortest time was around 6 hours. Though they provide a battery pack, if the pocket wifi device is completed drained, then the small battery is not capable of charging the wifi. We relied on a bigger one that we brought.
