I was in Tokyo for 10 days and thew wifi pocket always worked for me. I did not experience any complications with my wifi connection or getting in touch with the ones I love. Definitely getting it again upon my next trip to Japan

I have been using this travel wifi service in Japan multiple instance since 2018. The performance has always been consistent and device delivery spot on and waiting for me when I arrive.

Very portable, always-available Internet with better security than hotel Wifi when it was available. I was more connected using this portable Wifi than I am in my home country (with poor cell coverage)!

Wifi worked in Tokyo without any issues. Great service. However, there were some troubles with the connection on the way from the airport to Tokyo.

May 2023 was the third trip I've used pocket wifi from Japan wireless.
With either 1 or 2 users full-day, battery will last enough until night for recharging. No need to charge on the road, but the included power bank is a welcomed precaution.

And as a plus, connection speed is awesome. Way better than any 5G mobile provider offers back home.

Connectivity is Fast and Signal is strong no dead spot.

Upon our arrival in our first hotel in Japan, the receptionist gave us our Japan Wireless before we could ask for it. Equipped with a charger, chargeable with our own power bank, we went our way permanently linked up. Excellent!
