I placed my order and had it shipped to my hotel. The unit was there neatly packed with its charging wires and pouch. Included with it was the stamped return envelope.
I never had any problem whatsoever with the unit while traveling around tokyo and Kobe! At the end of my stay, I sealed it and had my hotel mail it off. Definitely dependable !

it helps with my travel in japan. fast internet, and easy to use. this is my 2nd time to rent wifi here.

This was absolutely amazing. We had excellent coverage and speeds all over Japan. We have tried several things previously but this was far the best for unlimited data also.
