We had great Wi-Fi anywhere in Japan The process of getting the package and returning it was flawless. Us four adults always had enough bandwidth to comfortably surf the Internet and communicate back home. We highly recommend this company.

Our device was in our hotel when we arrived. The instructions were very clear.
We had WiFi everywhere in Japan.
We could use google maps to navigate wherever we went.
At the end of our travel we just put it in the envelop in the postbox next to our last hotel.

Purchased this for the first time on my trip to Japan. I will definitely be using it again next time. Was able to connect to 3 phones, unlimited data, easy to set up, not expensive, and easy to return. Best thing to have while traveling.
