My partner and I made use of the unlimited plan for wireless wi-fi for our three week trip in Japan. We did not have any issues and had access to internet at all times.

The services upon arrival was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend.

Picking up the device at the airport was very convenient. It allowed for Internet service from the start of the trip. Dropping off was also convenient as post boxes are easily found.

The connection was consistent and strong throughout my stay in Japan. It was easy to use and return when I was done! I will definitely use them again when I’m back in Japan!

I order my Japan wireless online with pickup location on Narita airport, pickup was smooth also I return it on same location just before we leave
the whole time 21 day we did have strong internet and battery did last the whole day so next time I will for sure order this agene , so I give it 5 star

It was very easy to find the spot to pick this up, pick up was fast and easy, the device was charged and ready for use upon pickup, connecting is simple and it comes with all the instructions you need to use. It comes with a portable battery which makes it last all day (without it you might get half a day use out of it).

CON: they gave me the wrong cable needed to charge the wifi device with the portable battery. I needed a USB-C, but they gave me something else. Luckily I brought my own cable and used that instead.

This was such a great way to get wi-fi for our recent visit to Japan. We were able to easily connect phones, iPads, and laptops to the system. I'm so glad we got it, and we'd definitely use it again in the future.

The Wifi device was very easy to use. Once we typed in the password, it was always connected whenever we left the hotel. Since our group was made up of 4 families and we all went separate ways in Tokyo based on each group interest, each group wanted the device for themselves. Wish we had ordered more devices to navigate through Tokyo. A great and a very necessary investment for a big and exciting metropolis like Tokyo. Glenn from Hawaii
