The pocket wifi provides great connectivity in tokyo. It helped a lot in managing train routes and directions. Will definitely use again when we go back to japan!

I had a great experience. Picked up the router from a friendly staff member at the airport and it worked well throughout the time. The only problem was the provided charging cable which didn't always work, but I used my own cable and it would charge well.
The return couldn't have been easier. I put it in the envelope and gave it to the receptionist at my hotel on the day of leaving who sent it off. Can only recommend it!!!

Prompt and convenient. The unit is already available upon arrival at our hotel, the front desk personnel gave us upon check in.

This wifi device was a lifesaver for us while travelling through Japan. We could navigate and translate much easier. We had two phones connected to it all day and always had internet access. Highly recommend!
