Everything worked fine. A little better battery life would be nice and maybe more specific directions for the post box location at Narita to drop it off. Otherwise great! Thx

We used the unit for our 2-1/2 week stay in Japan. While there are many more free wifi spots in Tokyo than several years ago, having this unit with us gave us a peace of mind. Very compact, easy to carry, and its battery lasted pretty much all day even when we used it lots for navigation. Speed was good, what we expected.

I canceled the pick up after the schedule due to unexpected circumstances. However, I still get the full refund. The staff is very nice. Excellent customer service.
