I am pleased with the service. The procedure was clear, easy, and everything worked. It was very convenient to be able to receive the device at the address I requested. Also, returning the device by post was simple. I understand that the trend in the industry is to move towards E-sim, and other solutions that avoid the need for hardware. Nevertheless, it is assuring to have a physical device that is provided locally, and is reliable. For this I am extremely grateful!

Funcionamiento perfecto, ninguna queja, toda la familia con datos durante las dos semanas, la batería dura un día entero aunque no está de mas llevar el powerbank que ya viene en el pack. Recogida y entrega sin problemas.

The internet service was perfect. We had connected two phones and a laptop and all the devices worked quick. I only had interruptions in the services when I moved at the Shinkansen, but I heard that is common with the regular services in Japan.
