We were in Japan for two weeks and the esim worked flawlessly. Always had signal. Actually much faster than our regular service in the USA.

Initially I took 5g plan, which was outstanding, despite sometimes slowing. After that, I took 4g plan which is much slower then 5g, particularly internet use peaks. Other than that, installation and use are very easy and straightforward. I've contacted help and they've responded promptly. Great service.
