It is the second time that I have used a Japan wireless ESIM and the experience was as good as the first time. The coverage in the main centres was excellent as was the coverage in the mountains where I spent most of my time.
I purchased your 7days product and used without any problem. The only one thing I wanted to ask you that you need to offer 14 days products. I have to buy 7days product again since I'm staying in Japan a week more. Thank you.
I ordered a portable WIFI for myself and shared it with two other people in my party. I also ordered an e-sim for my son's apple 16 phone. We had internet access the entire two weeks of our trip. Ordered my portable WIFI online and picked up at airport when I landed. I was given an envelope to drop off at any postal bin at the end of my trip. I was able to drop off at postal bin at the airport. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again when I visit Japan in the future.
