I used this company 11 years ago when we first went to Japan, and I am glad we used them again. No issues w the eSIM. We had a pocket wifi that stopped holding a charge after a few days, and after contacting customer service the issue was resolved promptly. A new pocket WiFi was sent to my hotel same day! No issues w the eSIM (easy to follow instructions to activate). Will use again!
Even though it wasn't listed on Japan Wireless' compatibility list, it worked with Xiaomi Poco X7.
