Encountered some issues with my prepaid unlimited sim (Apparently if you use more than 3gb per day for 2 days straight, your sim will be slowed down to about 100kbps for 2 days and not reset on next day). I had terrible issues with this and when i request help from Japan Wireless, they resent me a replacement pocket wifi for the rest of my 3 weeks in Japan the next day to my Hotel. It was super quick. That have been working very well and i cannot fault them. Lucky i also bought a 3gb eSim as backup, so i was able to use this as backup in case my unlimited Sim have issues which it did. Japan Wireless is truly good to their customers. I will use Japan Wireless again for my next visit. Thank you
