easy setupreliable connectionfast internetcustomer experiencewide coverageDuring my last visit to Japan, I used the portable wifi from Japan Wireless and had a smooth experience so I tried the eSIM this time. I ordered it and reviewed the instructions a few days beforehand. I activated it during landing and it was ready to use before I got off the plane. The Japan Wireless eSIM made my trip so much better. I was able to use their affordable data plan on my phone to do everything that I usually do. Highly recommended service for fast data while you're in Japan!
Online rental was easy to do. The package was delivered to my hotel before I checked in. It contained WiFi device, cord, dual USB plug and portable battery. I didn’t need the battery because the WiFi lasted all day. Return was easy at the airport. Would highly recommend.
So easy and such great service, I will get again on my next visit.
Works as advertised with only a few and minor hiccups. Overall a good deal.
Excellent service and value. Easy to set up and never without reception whilst travelling.
