The eSIM worked prefectly, I had no problem connecting to the internet
We had a little trouble connecting, most likely self inflicted but the email response sorted the issue with half a day. We used the esim while onboard our cruise ship and found it worked about 70 to 80% of the time and on shore it worked perfectly through out our various locations in Japan.
Easy online access from the very start of my travels
