reliabilityease of usecoveragespeedHonestly not much else to say. Got it the moment I got to Japan turned it on and boom esim. Was able to use internet everywhere in Japan. Every now and then I had to restart my phone but I think that was because of my VPN. Such a no brainier buy.
Easy to set up with iPhone, timely customer support
Love the service! Great value for money, hassle free and did not get any interruptions the whole time. Highly recommended!
My eSIM worked flawlessly in Osaka, Kobe and in the Main Okinawa island. Fast enough to stream some videos and sustain FaceTime calls. Excellent back up to my regular carrier data plan (T-Mobile). Not the cheapest option dough but reliable.
I had a great experience using J-Wireless mobile data. I stayed in Osaka for 11 days and made day trips to Kyoto, Kobe, and Nara. Reception was pretty much always available. Only time I had no signal was around super busy areas in the heart of Osaka. I used my Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra and my husband used his iPhone 12 pro. Excellent service overall. Will use again when I visit Japan next time!
