Great reliable product/service and good customer service experience
During my last visit to Japan, I used the portable wifi from Japan Wireless and had a smooth experience so I tried the eSIM this time. I ordered it and reviewed the instructions a few days beforehand. I activated it during landing and it was ready to use before I got off the plane. The Japan Wireless eSIM made my trip so much better. I was able to use their affordable data plan on my phone to do everything that I usually do. Online rental was easy to do. The package was delivered to my hotel before I checked in. It contained WiFi device, cord, dual USB plug and portable battery. I didn’t need the battery because the WiFi lasted all day. Return was easy at the airport. Would highly recommend.
