Travelling for 10 days around Tokyo, Hakone & Kyoto. I bought the 4G package which worked perfectly everywhere we went. It was my first time using an eSIM so I was a little apprehensive about activating it on arrival in Japan. I needn’t have worried. The airport WiFi was strong and connecting with the QR code was really easy!
I had pre purchased an e-sim from another provider which failed to work and left me stranded, even though it said it was compatible with my phone. I used starbucks free wifi and purchased the Japan wireless esim and within seconds I was connected to the network without any hassles. It worked perfectly for the duration of my travels everywhere I went. Next time I travel I will definitely purchase the Japan Wireless esim it was a lifesaver. I use Samsung Galaxy S21.
Great service! Easy to set up as well!
