Easy to connect and great coverage. Super fast response to email query. Highly recommended!
I would highly recommend this provider to every Japan traveller with an Esim-enabled cell phone: Reasonable and fair prices, good network coverage and super-fast customer service.
The ESIM was easy to install and I was able to make phone calls/ receive calls, using messenger and Watzap and using Google maps, Google translator and Google browser. If not I would have been so disadvantaged. I recommend it.
It worked as I expected and in remote areas. I contrast it with the esimtaiwan that kept dropping out when I was seeking Google maps directions while I was looking for a bus. By the time it would come back on line the bus had departed and I would have to walk to another bus stop.
