Great reliable product/service and good customer service experience
During my last visit to Japan, I used the portable wifi from Japan Wireless and had a smooth experience so I tried the eSIM this time. Online rental was easy to do. The package was delivered to my hotel before I checked in. It contained WiFi device, cord, dual USB plug and portable battery. I didn’t need the battery because the WiFi lasted all day. Return was easy at the airport. Would highly recommend.
