easy setupreliable connectionfast internetcustomer experiencewide coverageThis was my first time using e-Sim & it was great! I didn’t want to carry around a pocket wi-fi like I did on a different trip. The instructions were simple & easy to follow. I would definitely recommend using Japan eSim to anyone traveling there!
Although this wasn't the cheapest option, it was easy to set up, fast and reliable. I also had not data speed fair user restrictions to worry about.
good service and coverage fine
Very good service and was connected always
The Japan Wireless eSIM was excellent for my wife and I on our honeymoon. It was easy to buy and setup via the QR code when we were in the UK, and we then just turned it on when our plane landed in Tokyo. We travelled to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and into the mountains and all the while the service was excellent with full 5G as if I was on my home sim in the UK. We are very glad we chose a Japan Wireless eSIM verses a pocket WIFI as we could just enjoy our phones as normal.
