Very easy to install and use
I purchased the eSIM card before I left for my trip to Japan, it worked beautifully! I never had a problem accessing the internet during my stay. I would definitely recommend it!
I rented the pocket wifi for 7 days and it was excellent! Never lost service, speed was fast. I highly recommend it! Picking up and dropping of was very convenient at Narita Airport.
I had already checked how an eSIM worked prior to purchase. That said the instructions provided were very clear on what to do as well as what not to do until I was in country. I have a VPN on my phone which it would not work with, aware this might happen. To finish activation I needed to simply turn my phone on and off again, aware this may be required though. Service throughout my stay has been consistent, with strong signal even when on the Metro which I was impressed with. Would purchase again.
