easy setupreliable connectionfast internetcustomer experiencewide coverageEasy to activate once I landed in Tokyo. Had consistent 4G and 5G connections to the carrier au (owned by KDDI). Fast speeds on my iPhone throughout Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Hiroshima. Stable connections in congested areas, under the subway, and on the Shinkansen. It was more reliable than some of my hotel WiFi. I was able to use SurfShark to VPN back to the States to watch shows on Hulu/HBO and use SiriusXM while connected. I could maintain good quality video calls on Discord, FaceTime, and Google Meets.
Everything was perfect. The connection was good. Highly recommended.
Great service, coverage, prompt customer service and price.
Pretty fast for cellular and I had service when other family members did not, no issues in Japan at all, from Tokyo to Nagasaki.....
