10/10!!! i always rely on japan-wireless when i go to Japan, this time around due to flight issues i was not able to pick up my pocket wifi for the day of the scheduled pick up but Japan wireless answered all my questions regarding my worries and i was able to rebook and pick up at one of their Tokyo offices and was greeted and helped by an amazing and welcoming staff!
